Nick obtained his MSC in Digital Anthropology from UCL and has subsequently been working as a researcher in user-centred design. As part of ANTHUSIA, Nick will be undertaking fieldwork in the Bidi Bidi Refugee settlement, in northern Uganda where he will also work with the Northern Uganda Resilience Initiative. 

The project will aim to explore refugee livelihoods and future perspectives by exploring how “connectivity” to the internet affects refugee camp bureaucracies and identify formation.
